Helen, if I’m facing a corner, minding my own business and getting changed without looking at anyone, what misconduct are you alleging?
Anyone who wants more privacy should have access to a private stall—including teenage girls. Harassment, staring and deliberate exposure deserve intervention. Someone quietly changing isn’t automatically doing those things.
If seeing me is the objection, use the available privacy option. Your discomfort deserves consideration; it doesn’t automatically give you authority to remove me.
