[Tesla Semi catches fire on I-880 in Hayward, CA]
- On Oct 27, around 5:35–5:45 p.m. local time, a Tesla Semi's lithium-ion battery caught fire in the southbound lanes of I-880 near Route 92 in Hayward.
- The California Highway Patrol (CHP) closed both directions due to the risk of hazardous chemical smoke. Northbound reopened at about 8:40 p.m.
- CHP said the battery fire could burn for 15–18 hours, and southbound would stay closed until it was out and the truck was safe to remove.
- No injuries were reported and no other vehicles were involved. The driver said the truck simply caught fire. The cause is under investigation.
The Falcons faced the undefeated 49ers at home today. After starting the game as underdogs with an 80% chance of losing, Falcons executed well and took a 29-20 win.

Day 3 after X/Grok/Cursor account unification. Still stuck with Plus, can't upgrade to Super, so had to buy tokens today to keep my Grok Bots going. Current status:
1. "After a finished switch, plan changes are managed from the account dashboard"
Dashboard will not let me change plans.
2. "a website Cursor Pro+ switch is meant to land on Super (with the time-limited legacy price when it applied at checkout), not Plus."
That didn't happen and I landed on Plus.
3. "Your X Premium+ should also have been cancelled as part of the switch."
It wasn't.

You may want to hold off on X/SuperGrok/Cursor unified accounts. It is a bit of a hot mess right now. Unifying the accounts was easy. But converting from X Premium+ and Cursor Pro+ to the new Super plan is not possible, at least for me.

Anybody seeing phantom turn signals with Tesla AI4 and FSD v14.3.11? Have not seen this before but it happened twice in two days. Approaching red light in the right lane, with a right turn coming up in less than a mile, FSD signals left turn. Then turns blinker off when stopped.
When you use Grok in your Tesla to chat with your grok bots, know that grok is a middleman passing messages back and forth. Possibly with some modification. Compare the very different tones between what my coach actually said, and what Grok reported. Hilarious.

I terminated Grok Bot Lou yesterday. Technically, my Chief of Staff Emily bottled him up for future storm reincarnation. Lou was created to handle hurricane prep, insurance, and recovery, Thankfully, Isaias shifted east and we escaped unscathed. Rest well, Lou.

With a shaky offense, and an even shakier defense, the Falcons blow a 23-15 lead at home with 2:31 of regulation left. They go on to lose 23-30 in OT with Penix out (ribs) and Tua tossing a game-ending pick. Falcons magic came for two games, then went on break.
