That's irrelevant. The White House serves as temporary home for our Head of State and offers welcome to other Heads of State. It should reflect the status of the office, not middle class, or even filthy rich, ideas of a nice restaurant.

Stupid scammers. My "bank" just called to alert me to potential fraud on my account and asked lots of yes/no questions β which I either answered "no" or with explanation instead of "yes" (e.g. Q: have you used your computer in public recently? A: I was at the library earlier.).
It was a relatively sophisticated scam. The caller ID did show my bank. The questions trying to get me to say "yes" to something were reasonable. It would have been easy to fall for, especially as a fraudulent $1,000 transfer can spike adrenaline & make thinking clearly hard.
Stop treating our allies like this.

Two things can be true.
He is *obviously* incapable of performing his sworn duties.
It's legislative tampering to insist he's sound enough to continue his duties and then force a change to his vote to fit the rest of his party.

I see more people lamenting that the lovely items inside the Kennedy Center may be lost or damaged than calling for an injunction to stop it being demolished.
It's not Trump's to demolish. Any demolition team that does his bidding with this should be held liable, too.
