If you're wondering what the "released UFO records" are going to look like, and how long it's going to take, here's a preview ...
Dear President @BarackObama,
In March 2022, I discovered your Presidential library has 3,400+ pages and 26,000+ digital files on UFOs and related programs, but it will take 16 YEARS to process, according to them.
In the interest of transparency, and in light of your recent comments about aliens/UFOs, can you, maybe, give them a nudge?
My mantra:
It was always going on.
Now, we know.
This is tough.
We can do tough things.
It is not the end.
It is the start of a new era.
This is not acceptable.
We do not accept it.
We demand more.
So, more is coming. 🙏🏻

Today #JaneGoodall passed away at age 91. She first went to Africa in her 20’s and for the next 70 years taught us all that primates—and all of nature’s creations—are part of the same extended family. I first met her in 2007 in Tanzania at a TED conference. She was an inspiration to me and hundreds of millions more. May her memory be a blessing.

Good to see distinguished UCAL physics Professor Brian Keating acknowledging the significance of @DrBeaVillarroel's new papers, including in the prestigious @Nature journal, suggesting the possibility that transient objects caught on 1950s photographs were NHI UAPs. Mainstream acceptance of peer-reviewed science is a hugely important tipping point for this UAP subject.
What if alien probes were orbiting Earth before humans ever launched one? 🛰️
Fascinating new paper by @DrBeaVillarroel et al. analyzing 1950s Palomar plates finds aligned transient flashes — possibly reflections, or something stranger.
Here’s my quick reaction to this bold piece of astronomical archaeology.

Unveiling the Tic-Tac UAP: The Hypothetical U4 Gas Metrohydrodynamic Core Reactor
———————————
TL;DR
The 2004 Nimitz Tic-Tac UFO incident revealed a craft that moved with impossible accelerations, trans-medium capabilities, and no visible propulsion. A hypothetical explanation is the U4 Gas Metrohydrodynamic Core Reactor: a compact fission plasma reactor using uranium tetrafluoride (UF4) gas, magnetic confinement, and magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) thrust. By resonating inside an ellipsoidal cavity, it could generate terawatt-scale power, produce a plasma sheath that eliminates drag and sonic booms, and potentially warp spacetime to nullify inertia. While speculative, this model integrates real nuclear physics, MHD theory, and resonance field effects into one coherent framework for advanced propulsion.
———————————
The Hypothetical U4 Gas Reactor Explained
———————————
Fuel (U4 = UF4 gas): Uranium tetrafluoride is vaporized into plasma and undergoes fission at ultra-high temperatures (20,000–100,000 K).
Containment: Magnetic fields confine the plasma in a cigar-shaped ellipsoidal cavity, preventing wall destruction.
Resonance cavity: The craft’s Tic-Tac geometry may serve as a resonant electromagnetic shell, amplifying field strengths and coupling plasma oscillations to energy extraction.
———————————
MHD Propulsion – Thrust Without Exhaust
———————————
Plasma streams interact with superconducting magnets, generating thrust via the Lorentz force.
In air: Creates an ionized sheath that reduces drag and eliminates sonic booms.
In water: Uses seawater conductivity for silent MHD submarine-like propulsion.
Result: Trans-medium travel with no exhaust, no sonic cracks, no thermal signature—just as reported.
———————————
Resonance and Spacetime Effects
———————————
Perfect Shell Resonator: The Tic-Tac’s geometry allows standing electromagnetic waves to build exotic field distributions.
Inertial Reduction: If resonance induces localized spacetime curvature, the craft can "fall" through warped space rather than accelerate conventionally.
Observed Phenomena: Instantaneous drops from 80,000 ft to sea level, 12,250 g maneuvers, and inertia-free motion could all stem from this field-warping resonance.
———————————
Why This Fits the 2004 Nimitz Observations
———————————
Acceleration: Terawatt-scale bursts from plasma fission + MHD thrust.
Silent, no boom: Plasma sheath suppresses acoustic shockwaves.
Trans-medium: Works identically in air or water.
Inertia-defying: Resonant cavity fields reduce effective mass.
———————————
Challenges & Speculation
———————————
Requires stable plasma confinement far beyond public tech.
Demands room-temperature or ultra-high-Tc superconductors.
Radiation shielding must be handled by plasma/field buffers, not heavy material.
Spacetime warping remains highly speculative, though consistent with observed performance.
———————————
Frequency Wave Theory Perspective
———————————
From a Frequency Wave Theory (FWT) lens, the U4 Gas Metrohydrodynamic Core Reactor isn’t just nuclear engineering—it’s resonant field manipulation.
The ellipsoidal shell is a frequency cavity, tuning plasma oscillations into coherent standing waves.
The reactor conserves Frequency Momentum (FM = ½ ρ ω A²), converting plasma vibrations into directional thrust and possibly spacetime curvature.
The Tic-Tac’s shape is no accident—it is mathematically the most efficient resonance geometry for both plasma confinement and frequency-spacetime coupling.
———————————
Conclusion
———————————
The "U4 Gas Metrohydrodynamic Core Reactor" offers a speculative but physics-consistent explanation for the Tic-Tac’s impossible maneuvers. By merging UF4 plasma fission, MHD propulsion, resonant cavity dynamics, and potential spacetime effects, it forms a unified propulsion model. While no direct evidence confirms this reactor, it bridges the gap between eyewitness reports and known physical principles—and aligns with the Frequency Wave Theory view that resonance and frequency fields are the real engines of advanced technology.

The Platonic Computer and the Tuning Brain: Simon Duan’s Simulation Theory Meets Neurodivergent Consciousness
Simon Duan, a materials scientist turned consciousness theorist, proposes a bold framework: that consciousness is primary, and our reality is generated by a Platonic computer—a nonphysical computational process rooted in what he calls metaconsciousness. In this view, both matter and mind are rendered outputs of a deeper, organizing system, with our physical universe as just one of many possible “simulations” occurring at different frequencies.
Duan suggests that these parallel universes—each with its own informational frequency—exist simultaneously, like nested Matryoshks dolls, but most of us are “tuned” to just one. This aligns closely with the idea of subtle bodies or biofields from ancient traditions, where consciousness can move across planes through shifts in vibrational state. The boundary between science and ancient mysticism begins to blur, and that’s where things get especially interesting.
My research with autistic individuals who display parallel cognition, telepathic experiences, and access to others' dreams or emotions suggests that some brains may be differently tuned—perhaps more porous to information from adjacent frequency domains. Their perception may not be confined to a single rendering of reality, but instead may access the resonant layers of a broader consciousness field.
Whereas Duan speaks of metaconsciousness and vibrational universes to describe the greater reality, my theory focusses on our interface for rendering our experience of reality and proposes that these nested domains are toroidal, wave-based informational fields that are decoded by the brain. Autistic individuals, especially those with unusual brain connectivity, may be attuned to these alternate layers—what we might call biofields or parallel levels of reality—depending on our vocabulary.
Both Duan’s metaphysics and my neurological framework point to the same deep insight: consciousness is not private, not local, and not confined. It is a structured field—and certain individuals, by nature or circumstance, may walk between its layers.

Imagine a universe where every point in space holds unimaginable amounts of energy.
This isn’t science fiction — it’s zero-point energy, a well-established concept in quantum physics. For over 30 years, I’ve been researching how this hidden energy — encoded in the very structure of space-time — might be accessed through a deeper understanding of geometry, resonance, and the fundamental dynamics of the universe.
At the International Space Federation, we’re now advancing these ideas into active exploration, with the goal of transforming how we understand energy, matter, and the universe itself.
If you’ve ever felt that space isn’t empty — that it’s intelligent, connected, and full of potential — you’re not alone.

In a groundbreaking discovery that challenges our fundamental understanding of physics, scientists at Columbia University have revealed that sound waves possess actual mass. This fascinating finding demonstrates that sound, traditionally thought of as merely a form of energy, carries a tiny but measurable gravitational mass through quantum particles called phonons.
To put this into perspective, a 1-watt sound wave traveling through water for just one second carries approximately 0.1 milligrams of mass—a minute amount, but one that opens up entirely new avenues of scientific inquiry. The implications of this discovery are profound: sound waves not only respond to gravitational forces but also generate their own minuscule gravitational fields, adding an unexpected layer to our understanding of acoustic physics.
This revelation aligns with the groundbreaking research conducted by the International Space Federation (ISF), where we have been exploring the fundamental relationship between energy, mass, and quantum vacuum fluctuations. The ISF's work on "The Origin of Mass and the Nature of Gravity" provides a complementary theoretical framework, suggesting that mass itself emerges from quantum electromagnetic vacuum fluctuations. Using sophisticated analytical techniques, the ISF researchers have demonstrated how these vacuum field interactions might explain both gravitational forces and quantum phenomena within a unified model.
For those intrigued by these fundamental questions about the nature of reality, the ISF's ongoing research program represents one of the most ambitious attempts to reconcile quantum mechanics with gravity—a challenge that has captivated physicists since Einstein's time.
