Not every advocate on my 60+ advocate team learns and retains the same way. Be inclusive of learning styles & diversify your methods to be easily digested and executed. #GUESTfirst #DiversityAndInclusion #ServiceandEngagement

All I can say about this weekend is a HUGE thank you to some of our outstanding team leads for being there for our team and keeping it WIREd and JOYful! Sudie, Katelin, and Lara you all crushed it! @SueAnnKnowsBest @chris_olet @JustinBarnum_KC @palayeva
Though we appreciate EVERYTHING you do, and send best wishes and so much joy to you and the new baby... @miss_mari23 please come home... we can’t live like this anymore! @kimberlyannwolf @stevenfosterta1
Thankful for the TMs that braved the weather, we did a #OneTeam huddle. Without further ado, I give you, My Day at #T1757. See the drive ups, folded UT, Starbucks Cups, the backup button, and UPS at receiving. @stevenfosterta1 @kimberlyannwolf @fletchfromtgt
Promoting can be so bittersweet! Especially after an outstanding Q4 with an amazing team! I love you all, you’ve taught me so much! Thanka for letting me lead you! @palayeva @stevenfosterta1 @kimberlyannwolf @fletchfromtgt @TheTargetBrian @JustinBarnum_KC
Feeling dressed for success.... I’d even say I could pull off an executive look to #worksomewhereyoulove
As a closing team lead, I sometimes miss the open... but we killed thanksgiving recovery last night! I truly have the #BestTeamInRetail #brand4daze #T1757 @fturner99 @stevenfosterta1 @kimberlyannwolf @palayeva @JustinBarnum_KC
