Q4. I've dated my current girlfriend for 4 years because she has a good job, keeps the house clean and is nice to me. She wants to get married and start a family; I don't know how to tell her that I've had two children with my ex since we've been together (I have an 11-month-old and a 2-year-old) and I can't afford to have kids with her. On the flipside, my babymomma is demanding that I move in with her and be a present father. My babymomma is poor and angry all the time and I can't stand the noise the kids make ALL DAY. I feel under pressure cuz I know I will be exposed any day now. I need a plan to maintain my current life for a few more years, meaning no true commitment to either woman. What to do? #SBCCHAT

Q4. I fell far behind on my heating bill last winter and over the summer they cut it off. No hot baths, no stove meals, I struggled all summer but cannot come up with the $2,000 to get my heat cut back on. In the meantime, I fell in love. He’s leaving his current situation and is moving in with me--before I can get my bill sorted out. It’s getting cold outside. He said he’d move to my place in January, but she found out about me and he had to move in sooner. He’s here shivering 🥶 all day and he’s getting abusive about the heat. He doesn’t have credit, so he can’t get it put in his name. The LiHeap program ran out of funds, they said. He’s running electric heaters in every room and my light bill is outrageous. (I work during the day, I used to cut on the heaters at night). I told him I can’t afford him anymore and he should move back with his ex. He did, for a few days, but returned with his son because she put them both out. (The son isn’t hers). A place without heat is no place for this man and his son, yet he refuses to leave—and he can’t help What to do?. #SBCCHAT
