@SaltsMill really lovely 1st mother’s day at the mill today. BUT really disappointed to find there was nowhere quiet/private to #breastfeed my 3 wk old. Told by staff to go to 3rd floor & “hope to find a quiet corner”. Not what we expect from such a family friendly venue!
@SaltsMill we asked at reception and were told “oh no, we don’t do that here”. We had to cut afternoon short, without being able to show family the whole mill. Such a shame as we’ve been regular visitors in pregnancy, but will struggle if we can’t feed baby.
@marksandspencer I recently had a nursing bra fitting at white rose store in Leeds. I was 1 day overdue with my baby, and advised by my midwife to get out and walk to get baby moving…a shopping trip felt like the perfect tonic to my frustration. (1/)
I’ve always gone to @marksandspencer for fittings, from my first ‘angel’ bra to nursing bras, when the time is right i will bring my daughter (she’s currently 11 days old) But that experience was awful, I felt judged and shamed for doing what was right for me and my body (4/…)
So proud to be part of the amazing @Spark_Camps at @Bradford_YJS….some of the best working weeks of the year. So much time, organisation, effort and energy goes into these camps but it is soooo worth it!!

Awesome day training with @Bradford_YJS and #TheArtOfBrilliance. Time to move out of comfort zones and into 2% mindset, starting with my 30 day habit checker… more daily movement and time outdoors. Tonight’s efforts have been a 40min walk to reflect on the day and get steps up!
