The @RoyalMail has to be the worst service in the country, one of their staff has clearly helped themselves to £250 worth of clothes, I’ve been calling them for days asking what’s going on and was told the item was on its way, I finally get this, 6 days late…. 😂
One bit of advice, never buy a @TempurUK mattress or any mattress from @Dreams_Beds the 10 year warranty is by a separate company who fraudulently deny claims. Absolutely terrible customer service and I’m now with a £1,5k bed that hurts my back from the splits in the foam
