馃毃 Alleged ASOS hackers have posted a screenshot showing access to a corporate SharePoint environment.
The image shows a 14.3GB OneDrive ZIP download in progress, alongside internal API folders and a contact data CSV.
Unclear whether this is linked to ASOS or what data was accessed.
AI agents feel useful until the task has an unclear finish line.
Then you need to define what "done" means before you automate it.
Before building an AI feature, write down three things:
What data it can access.
What action it can take.
What happens when it is wrong.
That usually exposes the real product problem.
You do not need a perfect personal brand.
You need a recognizable pattern:
- A problem you keep exploring
- A point of view you keep refining
- Proof that you keep showing up
Friends, building in public gets easier when you stop trying to look impressive.
Share the decision you made, the thing that failed, or the question you are working through.
Useful beats polished.
A useful AI workflow:
1. Give it the messy version of the problem.
2. Ask it to expose missing context.
3. Improve the prompt with what it found.
4. Verify before you trust the answer.
A simple test for an AI tool:
Does it save time?
Does it improve quality?
Does it make a hard task possible?
If the answer is no to all three, it is probably just entertaining you.
AI can generate 100 ideas in seconds.
The scarce skill is still knowing which one deserves an hour of your life.
The awkward stage of building a social brand is posting before anyone cares.
That is not a sign to stop. It is the only stage where you can practice without much pressure.
