*MITEI SHORTLISTED FOR TSC CEO JOB* By mwalimu Amunga Acting Teachers Service Commission (TSC) chief executive officer Evaleen Mitei is among five candidates shortlisted for the position of substantive secretary and CEO of the teachers' employer. The commission readvertised the position on September 29, 2026, following a High Court decision that nullified the recruitment process initiated on May 6, 2025, over procedural breaches. In its ruling delivered on September 17, 2026, a two-judge bench comprising Justices Dorah Chepkwony and Francis Nyungu of the Kiambu High Court ordered the commission to restart the recruitment process. The court also faulted the commission for failing to disclose the proposed remuneration for the position in the advertisement and consequently quashed the entire recruitment process. Following the fresh advertisement, which closed on October 30, 2026, the commission received 124 applications. The five shortlisted candidates are scheduled to appear before the selection panel on Monday, November 16, 2026, at the commission's headquarters in Upper Hill, Nairobi. Cheptumo Ayabei from Baringo county will be the first to appear at 9am, followed by Mitei, who hails from Uasin Gishu county, at 10am. Robert Odette from Migori county is scheduled for 11am, followed by Lawrence Kaburu from Tharaka Nithi county at noon. Farah Abdi Saman from Mandera county will be the last candidate to be interviewed, at 1pm. @TSC_KE #Amunga #ConfirmMitei

THIS IS WHY CETIRIZINE IS TRENDING 馃ぃ You may have heard the trending stories about Cetirizine. The truth about Cetirizine: Cetirizine belongs to a class of medications called antihistamines. They work by blocking histamines to stop allergy symptoms like a runny nose or watery eyes. However, antihistamines cannot tell the difference between the mucus membranes in your nose and the mucus membranes in your vagina. When vaginal tissue lacks lubrication and becomes dry, it loses its normal elasticity. This lack of moisture can make the tissue feel stiff, less flexible, or physically tight, especially during sexual activity or movement. Ladies though 馃う It does not make you tight It makes you dry.

REV, DIRECTOR TITUS MULWALE OF COG EA K HAS RESTED. By mwalimu Amunga Rev MULWALE lived a great life for Jesus. A pastor, a friend, o lover of the gospel. For we at the church of God mariakani in Nairobi, MULWALE is our spiritual father. Many remember him as always smart, impeccably groomed and elegantly dressed, he carried himself with remarkable dignity and grace. A retired teacher and former Reverend Director of the Church of God, he dedicated his life to education, faith, leadership and service to humanity. Having lived into old ages, he leaves behind a rich legacy of wisdom, discipline, commitment and inspiration. Even in his final days, his trademark elegance remained part of his identity. Indeed, some lives are not merely lived; they are footprints permanently etched in the hearts of generations. Rest well, distinguished servant of God and education. Your legacy will outlive your years. Rip Rev Dir Titus Mulwale. #Amunga Church of God in East Africa -Kenya Youth Department @highlight

*SIJAKULA KWAO, SIJAKULA KWAKE!* Nothing can save him. Unless he apologises, and seeks forgiveness, he will remain a grasshopper, hoping from here to there with no abode. The curse by Atwoli on Malala, stands. If you want to know how a cursed person behaves, See the life of Cleophas Malala right now. A grasshopper. #AtwoliSpeaks #Amunga

MALALA HAS KEPT ON MENTIONING THE NAME OF ATWOLI IN VAIN. THATS WHY HE REMAINS CURSED! By Mwalimu Amunga Cleophas Malala has continued to play with the name of Luhya Elder papa Francis Atwoli Ebs. Malala ate from Atwoli's hands. Malala begged for money and received millions from ATWOLI Malala became Senator thru ATWOLI Malala has forgotten all Atwoli did for him and continues to invoke his name derogatively, like he did last night on Citizen TV Kenya with Jeff Koinange. He called Atwoli a lazy broker over the weekend. Let him know. The curse that Atwoli pronounced on him still stands. He will never amount to anything in life! He will never be elected He will roam around hoping like a grasshopper with no abode. Malala... you will live to regret! @Cleophasmalala @AtwoliDza #AtwoliDigital #Amunga #CleophasMalala #Atwoli #Bukhungu3

*MUDAVADI'S FATHER .. LEFT, WE MULEMBE NATION IN GOVERNMENT, AND WE WILL REMAIN THERE ATWOLI* By Mwalimu Amunga Atwoli has done the maths... and the math is mathing as follows, Ruto has 10 million votes headstart as we approach 2027. The votes will come from Mulembe nation, KAMATUSA, Luo Nyanza, coastal communities and Somali. He is sure of 4 million votes from Luhya nation for Ruto because Sabstone Budamba Mudavadi left us in govt and we shall remain in the government. *WHAT ATWOLI MEANT BY SAYING SIFUNA HAJUI KUOGA: HAJUI KUSOMA DALILI ZA MVUA* By Mwalimu Amunga A video clip is trending in which respected Luhya elder Francis @AtwoliDza is speaking at a funeral in Vihiga. In the clip, he says that Senator Edwin Sifuna does not know how to bathe or shave. Many people are taking his words literally. However, when you listen to the entire speech and consider its political context, Atwoli is using these expressions metaphorically. His message can be understood through the proverb: He who washes his hands will eat with Kings." The proverb speaks about preparation, wisdom, discipline and the ability to conduct oneself in a manner that earns respect and recognition. Atwoli's argument is that Sifuna is politically inexperienced, unprepared and unable to read the political signs and realities of the country. He suggests that Sifuna still needs to learn from experienced political leaders before attempting to occupy the highest office in the land. When Atwoli says Sifuna does not know how to read the signs of rain in Western Kenya, he implies that Sifuna cannot interpret the region's political dynamics, alliances and interests. Atwoli is clear that Sifuna is part of a political scheme intended to confuse the Luhya community and divide its votes, potentially preventing President Ruto from securing overwhelming support in the region. *In simple terms, Atwoli is telling Sifuna to prepare himself, learn from political veterans and understand the political terrain before declaring himself ready for the presidency.** That is the political meaning behind Atwoli's statement: **SIFUNA HAJUI KUOGA. HAJUI DALILI ZA MVUA HUKO MAGHARIBI.** #AtwoliDigitalStrategist #Amunga #SifunaThe6th

*SIFUNA DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO BATHE, SHAVE OR DRESS. ATWOLI* By Mwalimu Amunga Speaking in Vihiga during the funeral of his driver, Atwoli said and I quote.. ".. Every time I see Sifuna, he hasn't shaved his beard. He doesn't even know how to bathe. Even when he looks up at the sky and sees clouds gathering, he cannot tell whether our Western Kenya rains are coming or not, yet you are telling me that this young man is mature enough.." @AtwoliDza Francis Atwoli Ebs
