‼️Hey Coach ‼️ Getting those honest hard hitting answers from the old ball coach right after practice! Having fun and loving the little league years.

Always love a bull pin with @TSeagraves9 ! Today I worked on curve, back door curve, and low rise. I really focused on spin and movement!

We made it to the semi-finals at the Laser tournament this weekend, but unfortunately came up short. Very proud of how hard we worked this weekend. @OutlawsNati2028 @CoachWallace29 @chiddy3 @btholl @UKCoachLawson @coach_kgreen @DonaldgPickett @LauraMatthews12 @AshleyWadeUNCW @McCallSalmon @mandygardner24 @CoachKrysiak @GCU_Softball @JBMTSUsoftball

Not bad for hanging up my travel ball pitching days! Still hitting my spots and working the zone. 1IP, 2k’s, 0BB, 0R. Also helped my team with 2 doubles tonight. #fallballfun

Taking advantage of fall break to get some work in! I worked on contact swings, getting to extension, full swings, and power slapping. I've been working on hitting to all sides of the field. Busy week coming up with 7 straight days of softball but I wouldn't want it any other way!!

I had such an amazing time the @NDsoftball camps this weekend! Thank you to @CoachDeOliveira @2Ganeff @Coach_pooch @swinehartw Coach Jamie and all of the players for making it all possible. While at camp I had to opportunity to show off my strengths as a player while at the same time receiving feedback. The highlight of my weekend was definitely hitting a ball over the score board!

Been staying consistent in the gym, lifting at least 3x a week. Today’s workout was a mix of strength training and functional bodybuilding 💪🏼 @gold_18u @ej5252

Some pics and videos from USA Heart of Dixie Fall Exposure! We played well against some older 16U teams and had a great time. Won some and lost a few close games that we can learn from. Busy week of practice with a camp in Florida on Sat then travel scrimmage at a Juco in south Alabama on Sun. Fall season in full swing #travelball #tournament #softballplayer

Playing 9 hole tic tac toe with @lunaasencion8 & the baseball team walks by saying they can hit that dead center. Ok step in!! So they did & admitted softball is harder 🤷♀️ threw my change up & this happened …… 💨🥎

Stayed after HS practice and worked transfers - did some sprints and got some swings. I'm still in the fight. I WILL play college softball. I'm a 2027 but don't count me out. I'm hungry. @ExtraInningSB @DiamondAddicts @SoftbalAmerica @Sports_Recruits #uncommitted #2027catcher3B2B
