Team Meganade

On Wednesday, there was an incident with @Lyft involving @TeamMeganade This could all be prevented if the proper protocols are put in place & the response times/turnaround time are improved along with giving out the information requested in a timely, easy manner @logangreen

Even though @TeamMeganade was not physically harmed, she is shaken-up by the ordeal. This situation was very frightening for us and I want to ensure that no other family has to endure such a traumatic ordeal. @lyft needs to update and release information regarding a safety issue

Now she may have gotten into the wrong car but we don't know this because @lyft has not been cooperative in giving out simple information regarding their "Safety" protocol they have in place.

@TeamMeganade was in a CANCELLED @lyft ride. She was eventually dropped off in an unfamiliar area, when she told the driver that this wasn't where she was supposed to be dropped off he told her to “GET OUT”. The route taken wasn't even on the way to her destination.

Wednesday, there was an incident with @lyft involving Megan. We have utilized Lyft's services over the years for various reasons. The incident I can't let go without putting a warning and making @lyft accountable for their lack of help regarding the safety of their passengers.
