FILIPINO ENGENES HAVE FULFILLED OUR PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS IN FULL. We paid for our orders and waited patiently for them to be fulfilled, only for the system to automatically cancel them due to the seller’s failure to arrange shipment within the required timeframe. Although refunds have been initiated, many buyers are still waiting for their funds to return to their accounts due to bank processing delays. Not everyone has the extra money to repurchase these orders while our original payments remain inaccessible. If repurchasing is required, where are we supposed to get the funds when our money is still tied up in a refund we never asked for?
