DAY 29 OF EXPOSING @Vivo_India Customer care isn't about closing tickets it’s about fixing problems. Declaring a perfectly functional phone "End of Life" just to mask your disgraceful spare-parts management isn't a business strategy it’s Planned Obsolescence and Forced Extortion. Offering a 30% discount on a new phone when a student simply asks for a basic battery replacement is corporate arrogance at its peak. THE HARD TRUTH @Vivo_India IS HIDING: 🔹 NCH Record Manipulation: Marking unresolved tickets as "Resolved" to fake performance metrics. 🔹 Violating #RightToRepair Denying basic spare parts to force consumers into buying new devices. 🔹 Environmental Hypocrisy Preaching sustainability while actively pumping unnecessary E-waste into the environment. You thought a student’s voice would quiet down. Day 29 is here, and every single day brings a bigger spotlight on your anti-consumer practices. We don't want your discount vouchers. We want repair We want accounyability. Choice is yours Replace the battery or face the heat every single day. @Vivo_India @ConsumerAffairs @jagograhakjago @CCPA_India @mnreindia #VivoScam #RightToRepair #PlannedObsolescence #ConsumerProtection #StudentPower #EwasteScam

DAY 28 Closing complaints on the Ceo help desk without a resolution @Vivo_India is a scam not a solution. Declaring a perfectly working phone "End of Life" just to spare parts not available force a 30% discount on a new model isn't after-sales service it’s Forced Extortion & Planned Obsolescence! 🔹 Fudging NCH records to escape accountability 🔹 Direct violation of India's #RightToRepair 🔹 Pushing unnecessary E-Waste on the environment Suppressing a student's voice won't work anymore. Will you replace the battery or continue getting exposed every single day Choice is yours.🔋 #VivoExposed #RightToRepair #ConsumerRights #Day28 #Ewaste #ConsumerCourt #vivov80

DAY 27 Marking the ticket 'CLOSED' won't hide @Vivo_India 's cunning tactics 30% discount offer to push a new phone, yet a drama about "End of Life" when it comes to replacing the battery? Is this after sales service or forced extortion. Stop trying to fudge the records by closing complaints on the NCH without providing a resolution. 🔹 Environmental damage (E-Waste) 🔹 Violation of consumer rights 🔹 Attempt to silence a student's voice My question is straightforward, @Vivo_India will you replace the battery or keep getting exposed like this every day. @jagograhakjago @ConsumerAffairs @moefcc @RightToRepairIN #RightToRepairIndia #VivoIndia #ConsumerProtection #JagoGrahakJago #vivoscamday27 #vivov80
