Everyday science: light refraction distorts the straw; sunlight reflection; expression the sun's position ; caustic distortion within the shadow; CO2 bubbles clinging to the surface of the straw; condensation & gravitational force causing the droplets to run down the tumbler.

Our yr7s undertook a great STEM morning with @PPMABEST working on an eco roller and then coming up with the best 40second pitch for their innovative idea. The students loved the activities and were so proud of their trophies.@STEMLearning_AS @STEMHUB_SE

Last week was a busy one with our 4 day intensive STEM Camp funded by @GoldmanSachs and organised through @TheStemHub . Full days of biology, chemistry, physics, ICT and aspirations. Thanks to Aj Sharman for dropping in @STEMLearning_AS Students were so engaged and appreciative
