If you want to supercharge your life, focus on developing your meta skills
Meta skills are skills that can be applied to multiple situations - like writing - VS singular skills which are very valuable but only in highly specific use cases - like how to change a car tire -
Meta skills help you get great at new things quickly and pivot in your life and career with ease
Some meta skills Iโm currently focusing on that you may be interested in too:
1. Storytelling
2. Running (the base of any sport and a lot of cardio related things)
3. Writing
4. Discipline - unlocking the art of this feels like it unlocks so many other things in life and also keeping promises to yourself feels amazing ๐

If you're with Sky Broadband in the UK, check this out. They're basically saying they will share customer data with social media platforms (unless you go in and opt out) Bit cheeky to say the least, considering Data Protection regs...

Just a little tip for a better battery: ๐
I turn off all unimportant notifications on my smartphones and smartphone watches.
That pretty much includes all social media app notifications. I open the apps daily anyway no need to be notified, I'll respond when I can.
Your welcome ๐๐พ๐๐พ

If you have an idea that you haven't taken action on yet, and it's been more than a few days, find a smaller version of that idea.
Break it down and try the smallest possible thing.
