EDC RV Pass ISSUES _ HELP!!!!!
I asked to be on the waitlist when the RV passes sold out in nov/dec of last year>>
This will be my 11th EDC and i was overlooked for a code to buy tixxx
After a month, i find a pass online cause there is no way i am gonna miss out.
We work it out.. I pay them. whew!
I sent a request to cancel on their contact form months ago.. with NO response..
and they just decide today (4/21) to charge my card for an RV pass without letting me know or asking if I still want it.. $636.72
and they WONT refund it.
No Phone number to call for help, no credentials or backed to log into and manage my account...
