$IREN just secured $363 MILLION in GPU-backed financing! 🚨
Remember when Elon Musk warned that 200+ neoclouds would face "guppy-level death and consolidation" because debt markets were drying up?
He said only a few would survive.
Well, $IREN just secured $363 MILLION in financing in the very market Musk warned about.
I'm betting $IREN will be one of the survivors.

$100K invested in the S&P 500 back in 2010 would be worth over $900K today.
The stock market is a wealth building machine.

So here's the thing- I am old enough to remember when nobody wanted $MSFT at 350, when it was 35% off the all time highs.
Now $GOOGL dips to $288, and fills this gap.
This is an attractive price.
Getting a mega cap at a 30% discount.
Yes this is where you have an opportunity to capture great returns.
Be an investor who buys great companies.

We are in a "stealth" bear market.
Read our analysis below.
Before you rush to buy a stock that's down 15-20% after earnings, understand one important rule: The 3-Day Rule!
What is the 3-Day Rule, and why does it matter? Let me explain.
When a stock gaps down sharply after earnings or bad news, wait at least 3 trading days before considering buying.
Why? Large institutions managing millions of shares may need several sessions to reduce their positions. The initial gap down might be just the beginning of the selling pressure.
Day 1: An initial bounce could be driven by short covering and aggressive dip buyers rather than sustained institutional demand.
Days 2 and 3: Selling pressure may continue, and the stock could make new lows as investors reassess the news.
After Day 3: Look for signs that selling pressure is fading and price is beginning to stabilize.
Before buying, check:
- Selling volume is shrinking
- Price is holding above the recent low
- You understand why the stock dropped
- The fundamental thesis remains intact
Remember, three days don't guarantee a bottom. Some stocks need several weeks or even months to build a proper base before beginning another sustained uptrend.
If the business is fundamentally broken, the stock isn't necessarily on sale. It may simply be getting repriced.
The market doesn't reward you for catching the exact bottom. Let the selling pressure fade, let the stock build a base, and let the trend confirm itself.
Missing the bottom is far better than getting caught in a downtrend

You don't need 2 hours of scanning every morning to find the best opportunities.
Give me 20 minutes, and here's where I'd start...
1) Market check:
Look at $SPY, $QQQ, $IWM, and $VIX.
...is the market in an uptrend (higher highs/higher lows, above rising moving averages)?
...os $QQQ leading $SPY (growth risk on) or lagging?
...is $IWM participating or lagging (broad participation vs mega cap only)?
... $VIX elevated and rising (caution) or subdued?
--
2) Sector ranking:
Rank the 11 Select Sector SPDRs ($XLK, $XLV, $XLF, $XLY, $XLC, $XLI, $XLP, $XLE, $XLU, $XLRE, $XLB) by relative strength versus $SPY.
Focus on the top 3-4 and bottom 2-3. Note any sudden changes in ranking... these often signal rotation.
--
3) Theme scan:
Within the leading sectors, check the relevant themes.
this is just for an example, but...
Technology leading... look at $SMH, $SOXX, $AIQ & $BAI, $CIBR, $DRAM, $IGV, $BOTZ.
Industrials leading... check $ITA & $SHLD, $PAVE, $GRID.
Energy or Utilities leading → check $NLR + $URA and related power/infrastructure names.
Only then look for individual setups inside the strongest themes, and if the market or sector is weak, reduce size or stay in cash.
Simple & repeatable.

I don't think enough investors appreciate how aggressively $NFLX is buying back its own stock.
Netflix repurchased approximately $4.8 BILLION in shares during Q3 alone.
Over the last 12 months? Nearly $13 BILLION.
And with free cash flow continuing to grow, I think Netflix has plenty of room to keep returning capital to shareholders.
One more reason I'm bullish long term.
