The Teesside Family Foundation supports in funding applications for specialist equipment for children and adults with additional needs.

Applications are open to anyone in need however, they will require the support of a health professional who has completed the appropriate assessment for the desired equipment. The supporting professional will need to provide clinical justification behind why.
