The TAN Council proposal to transition TANIP-1 rewards into a Trading Fee Rebate Program has moved to its final Snapshot vote ahead of implementation. The mechanics are straightforward: rewards are calculated using existing TANIP-1 logic, but final payouts are capped at the actual trading fees paid. Rebates can never exceed fees, directly tying incentives to real usage.
