If I’d of stayed at work today I’d of heard about the stabbings in Bromley today. Kinda wish I stayed & heard about it.
Anyway I left after I finished my shift at 1. Didn’t hear anything till I was getting a bus home after lunch with family around 4:45 & the buses were diverted.

Four people were stabbed in broad daylight on one of south London’s busiest shopping streets this afternoon and rushed to hospital.
Emergency crews raced to Bromley High Street at 2.19pm after 999 calls of a knifing. The High Street is now sealed both ways between Ringers Road and Ethelbert Road.
Police have still not named the injured, revealed how badly they are hurt, named a suspect or given any motive.
Unofficial posts claim it happened outside a KFC — that has not been confirmed. Anyone who saw the attack or has footage is being urged to contact the Met immediately. Updates expected.

I’m devastated. And I’m angry.
Four people stabbed in broad daylight on Bromley High Street, amid reports of people running around with machetes.
This is our city. These are the streets where we live, shop, work and raise our children.
And what makes me so angry is that those in charge keep telling Londoners that everything is fine. That London is safe. That somehow what we are seeing with our own eyes isn’t really happening.
It is happening.
People are frightened. Families are frightened. And every time we accept another horrific attack as just another day in London, we allow this to become normal.
I refuse to accept that.
My thoughts are with the victims and their families.
We deserve to feel safe in our city.
