Nigeria’s real estate practices, particularly in Lagos, seriously need an overhaul. I’ve lived in three countries outside Nigeria, and honestly, I have never encountered a situation where a realtor asks me to pay simply to visit
We need to move away from simply connecting buyers to properties and collecting fees toward a more professional, transparent, knowledge-driven real estate practice. There is nothing wrong with making money in real estate.
