Also a bit more on this but this post is mainly my own guesswork when paired with things I had known: - As everyone guessed, the Killer was most likely Tryks, The Mad Designer. I cannot 100% confirm or say she was but it obviously seems the most plausible with the build-up they had been working towards throughout all of the Twisted Masquerades. - I have speculation, based on things I know, that the Survivor would've been the Observer. Here's why: 1. The Observer's disappearance is LARGELY linked to Tryks. His library in the original Tomes was left ransacked and empty the update right before the first Twisted Masquerade and the Tomes almost directly insinuate it was her doing. She invited him to the Twisted Masquerade and he went missing. 2. I can confirm they were internally redesigning and remodeling The Observer in Summer 2024, right before conversations with Scott began again and FNAF finally locked in after BHVR relented to his contract. I was confused when this redesign never got released or talked about, but it makes sense why if it was intended for his return as a Survivor. 3. After the Twisted Masquerade ended and we got the Black Banquet, Tryks swiftly left and said goodbye to everyone. The developers also confirmed she was gone for good. This paired with the fact we still haven't seen The Observer ever since, despite her being so connected to his disappearance, feels like they were working towards a story that never saw a realization.
