I'm imagining a football version of Traitors where a load of supporters have to spend week together with no football chat allowed and you have to try, by their attitudes, to find out who the fucking Arsenal or Man Utd fan is.

We will be open on Sunday for the city game from about 1,we’ve noticed it’s been quiet around the flat iron and the shop, which we understand as Anfield road now has so many great local bars like @taggysbar ,@hotelanfield 1892 and soccer suites but maybe have a walk up before the game and have a look in the shop we have got a lot of new stuff in and the flat iron does a boss pint of guiness 👍

I took this at the Eleanor Rigby bench Liverpool in 1997, on my first visit to the city. I got good-natured scouse banter when I asked if I could take their picture in my Southern accent! It's a lovely natural shot and I have no idea who they were - I'd love to know. @babylonpink

State pension is not a “benefit”.
It’s not free money or charity.
You pay into the system your entire working life.
It’s deferred wages you earned.
Stop treating it like a handout.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The State Pension is one of the foundational stones of the UK welfare state. Conceived universally in the 1942 Beveridge Report and established by the National Insurance Act 1946 and has being legally classed as a benefit from day one in 1948.

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man an open source library and he maintains it unpaid for a decade while a trillion pound company quietly builds its entire business on top of it.

Everyone was asking what it will look like with an Iraola system that plays more than one game a week, you seen it yesterday. Intense midweek, flat on the weekend. It’ll take time to get to the Bournemouth footy we seen last season. Have patience.

Unfollow me if you must, but I am completely against generative AI. It is unethical and destroying not just our planet but braincells of those using it.
Quit using it.
