Some people might laugh at this but these prediction market sites need to be added to the long list of things we address.

'In 1860, an enslaved man named Sheppard Peek was listed among the possessions of William Peek. His value was placed at $1400.
More than a century and a half later, Sheppard’s great-great-granddaughter, Keisha Lance Bottoms, was elected governor of GA' ajc.com/politics/2026/11/kei…
He’s right.
Chris Christie UNLOADS on Vivek Ramswamy losing the Ohio governor’s race...
“You not only have to question the judgement of a man who would take a woman — an elderly woman, out of the car she was living in out of the parking lot in a church in Pennsylvania with her cats and put her in front of a video camera, and make that a TV add in the gubernatorial race. We know what Vivek Ramswamy is, and voters have judged him as such. But here is the real problem going forward. J.D. Vance stood 100 percent with Vivek Ramaswamy. Not only as a person and a candidate, but he stood behind that advertisement. And Vivek Ramaswamy will be forgotten. He is going to be sent to the dustbin of history. But J.D. Vance is going to be remembered, I think, for this campaign, for more than anything else, David, that he stood by that ad, a man who wrote a book on Catholicism, stood behind that ad. It’s a disgrace.”
History.
Breaking News: Keisha Lance Bottoms will be the next governor of Georgia, according to The Associated Press. She is the first Black woman to be elected to that office in the U.S., and the first Democrat elected governor in Georgia in more than 25 years. nyti.ms/4A3a53I

Вот это называется Актерское Мастерство, а не эти ваши любимые гримасы и истерики на камеру.
Короткая сцена, и без единого слова лицо Елизаветы меняется от неуверенности к осознанию своего нового положения. Просто chef’s kiss

There was something extraordinary about the way Sir Patrick Stewart could make even the most powerful characters feel profoundly human.
Whether commanding the bridge of the Enterprise or guiding a generation of young mutants, Sir Patrick Stewart brought a tenderness to his characters that made us feel we knew them. Behind that unmistakable voice was an actor who understood that even the greatest heroes could be uncertain, that strength could exist alongside vulnerability, and that compassion was never a weakness.
Over a career spanning more than six decades, his performances became woven into the lives of generations who grew up watching him. As Captain Jean-Luc Picard, Professor Charles Xavier, and so many others, he left us with characters we loved, lessons we carried, and memories we'll always treasure.
