Hey @ShaanVP & @thesamparr👋
I noticed you’ve been testing new intros for the pod, but the response hasn’t been ideal
So, I re-edited the intro of an older episode to show what might work better
I’d love to share my ideas in more detail—until then, enjoy the re-edit
why don't companies have an ai avatar make content for them?
or make ai avatars of their employees to make content?
its easy distribution.
Been in the agency game for a few years now with no mentors
Feel like its finally time to find a mentor
why does @motion_so even exist?
do people not know you can do the same thing and more with claude code?
what pisses me off even more is all their "made with motion" content are just blatant copies.
do better.
Most comments are arguing whether she is real or not!
AI avatars are indistinguishable from the real thing now.
Founders not utilizing this are missing out.
@businessbarista from @tenex_labs has a separate IG for his avatar and it's currently at 40k followers!
Start now or get left behind.
Very excited to launch Avatar Arena! 🤖
Video is the highest-trust medium for human communication, and when it works, it works better than anything else. And, AI models have just started to come around to supporting high-quality, studio-grade video generation.
If you're someone with use cases for AI video - like product demos, ad hooks, founder updates, or podcast promos - we'd love for you to try us out. You can generate avatar vids by recording a 15-second clip of yourself or just going with a stock avatar. Two AIs will give you their best shot of bringing your vision to life and you choose one!
Avatar Arena currently supports models from - @HeyGen, @synthesiaIO, @veedstudio, @Creatify_AI , Captions, @Jogg_ai, @tavus and @runwayml.
All the votes over the next few weeks go into a leaderboard, which we'll publish soon.
Try it @ arena.newmeasure.ai :)
(Could you tell the vid below is AI? 👀)
Definitely defeats the whole point.
It makes more sense to post AI avatar content.
Avatars are so good now you can't tell them from the real thing.
I made a reel for @RajanAnandan from his take on @OfflineOnAir.
1 video of him and pretty basic tools.
what stuck with me is how little of the work is the video now. once the clone exists, the slow part is noticing the news and writing the script in his words.
that's the part i do for founders. scripts come from their own posts and podcast takes, they approve, the clone delivers.
so the take goes out while people are still talking about the news.
the slow part of founder video was never the editing.
@EHuanglu said it well: watching footage, finding clips, writing posts and thumbnails can take longer than the edit itself.
for a founder reacting to news, every one of those steps happens after the moment has passed.
so i skip the footage. i script from the founder's own x posts and podcast takes, an ai clone of them delivers it, and they approve before anything goes out.
the aim is a reel the same morning the news breaks.
people dont realize how much time making videos takes beyond editing..
watch hours of footage, find clips, write posts, make thumbnails.. sometimes this takes longer than editing itself
This Riverside Agents just launched to handle all this, and nothing goes live without approval
what used to take days could now take hours..
mark swan posted nevis's $70m series b on monday.
that's the day a founder's take is worth the most. people are reading about the round and want to hear why from him.
most founder videos still need a filming day, an editor and a week of back and forth.
i make founder reels with an ai clone of their face and voice, scripted from things they've already said. the founder only approves.
my goal is a reel live within about 2 hours of the news, while the round is still being talked about.
We've raised a $70,000,000 Series B, led by @eqtventures, bringing our total funding to $110 million in just two years.
At @neviswealth we believe financial advice will always be human-led. But advisors spend far too much time on administrative work, held back by outdated and fragmented technology.
Nevis brings CRM, meeting intelligence, financial planning and custodial workflows into one AI platform. Our agents execute work end-to-end, enabling advisors to serve more clients, deliver more services and grow faster.
The past 12 months have been extraordinary:
- Revenue has grown more than 25x.
- We've partnered with 10+ leading RIAs, including Focus Financial Partners, IEQ Capital and United Capital.
- Assets on Nevis have grown from $50B to over $700B, adding $50B every month.
- Our AI agents have completed over 100,000 operational tasks.
Advisors using Nevis are already reclaiming up to 10 hours a week and taking 30% more prospect meetings.
Our ambition is to make every financial advisor a super advisor, equipped to serve more clients, deliver more personalized advice and build businesses at an entirely new scale.
This funding will allow us to grow our team, accelerate product development and build new products across the wealth management technology stack.
I'm also excited to welcome two new investors, @CharlesSchwab and Quantum Light. Schwab's strategic investment will deepen our partnership and unlock more AI-powered workflows for the 16,000+ independent RIAs they serve. QuantumLight is the venture capital firm founded by Revolut founder and CEO Nik Storonsky.
Every one of our existing investors, including @sequoia , @ICONIQCapital and @RibbitCapital, has also doubled down.
To our customers, investors and above all our team, thank you for your trust, ambition and relentless execution.
We're building the foundational AI platform for wealth management.
And we're just getting started.

microsoft offered buyouts to 60,000 people and every founder I follow had a take on it by lunch.
almost none of them had a video.
by the time most founders book a filming day, the conversation has moved on.
i build ai versions of founders, their own face and voice, scripted from their own posts and podcast takes. they just approve the script.
my @eldsjal clone came from 1 video of him.
for news like this, i aim to have the reel out about 2 hours after it breaks.
Building distribution has never been easier.
If you've been in podcasts, you're sitting on a goldmine of content.
Made this for @eldsjal, from his take on @theallinpod
Built with "just" 1 video of him.
Founders like @rowancheung have been crushing it with this format.
The founders who start now will own this format before everyone else catches on.
agree! the thinking has to cost you something
the filming part doesn't have to
I script founder reels from things they've said or written in the past, and the ai clone delivers it.
The ideas are still 100% theirs

Daniel Ek’s Vision for Healthcare: Preventative AI That Tracks Every Change
@eldsjal:
“The average person at @Neko today has 950 moles. It's pretty crazy.”
Friedberg:
“The average person has 950 moles? That's insane.”
Daniel Ek:
“So if you think about it across a normal doctor's visit, how likely is it that (your) doctor will check out all the 950 moles that you may have? It's not going to happen.
So normally what happens in a doctor visit would be, you may say, ‘Look, I have a mole,’ or the doctor sees, ‘Hey, let's take a look at that mole. It looks a little bit funky.’
And then they bring out their tool where they inspect it. They usually, these days, have a software that checks against whether this mole... they take a camera across many different frequencies to then discover both the size of this mole, but also the texture of the mole and so on and so forth.
We literally do that, and we first have an AI system that flags possible risk factors, and then we have a human clinician that then goes through and reviews those as well. And should we even at that point find something, we then have expert dermatologists on staff, multiple of them, that then also reviews that result.
So that's just one indicator of what happens in one visit. But let's now presume the scenario that we'd have multiple visits, and maybe one year it's actually we don't discover anything.
But because we've cataloged and indexed every single one, we can actually now in a longitudinal base look at them from one year to the next year.
So it may be growing abnormally. These are things that if you think about it, even the best doctors in the world can't possibly remember how your mole may have looked from one year to another.
This is a perfect application of AI, right? But we look at this as like, this is a perfect application of how healthcare should look like. It should seamlessly be both AI and amazing clinicians.”

I tried this and found out 95% of everything I do are things ai can be better and faster.
Though its an uneasy feeling, it's a wakeup call to get good.
A new wave of founder content is coming, and it's AI avatars.
Made this for @RajanAnandan, from his take on @OfflineOnAir
Built with "just" 1 video of him.
With proper training data on the founder, the avatar becomes undetectable.
The founders who start now will own this format before everyone else catches on.
I think this misses what clips are actually for.
Most people don't watch full length episodes anymore, and a good clip doesn't need them to.
Its job is to make it hit on its own, and keep the show and the guest in people's heads.
If someone watches the clip and remembers it, the clip worked, whether they ever open the full episode or not.
