There is an interesting debate to be had of what Minecraft should be, and a lot of valid opinions all around this debate. I do think that it being a pure no frills sandbox game is not fair though when 4/5 of the playerbase plays an unmoddable version of the game. Due to this, quality of life and performance are the responsibility of Mojang. You can't and don't have performance mods, QOL mods (inventory, controls, ui, etc), server mods, etc for Bedrock, so either mojang needs to make these mods more possible via their code l, official tools, and EULA.... or they need to do it themselves. Maybe they are already doing or planning this? If so they should say so.
