Friday evening, a judge the President of Poland REFUSES to recognise walks into the Constitutional Tribunal. She signs a piece of paper, and just like that the court's president is suspended. Gone. Police outside. The President is in Senegal. He turns his plane around and is standing in that building at one in the morning. And what does Donald Tusk say? "Decisive action. There is no other way." No other way! Write that down. Now, they'll tell you this is the "rule of law". Whose law? Let's look at who was in that room, because it's the same little club every single time. The judge who did it? Anna Korwin-Piotrowska runs Themis, a judges' club co-founded by Tusk's own justice minister, Waldemar Żurek. That same minister gave her a paid exam-board gig this year. And that same minister handed her the files on the night. Coincidence? You decide. The judge cheering her on? Maciej Berek. Until August he was a MINISTER in Tusk's government. Tusk called him his "right-hand man". His right-hand man is now a constitutional judge backing the takeover. You can't make this up. Another judge? Maciej Taborowski. Vice-chair of the supervisory board at TVP, the state broadcaster Tusk's people took over in December 2023. Another? Sławomir Patyra, who sat on the board of PGE, the state energy giant, by government nomination until last December. And guess where Tusk was that very morning? Opening a terminal in Gdańsk for PGE's Baltica 2 wind farm. Same day. I'm just asking the question. Now follow the money, because it always leads to the same address. George Soros's Open Society Foundations put $130,000 into Free Courts for the 2023 election, the one that put Tusk back in power. Who co-founded Free Courts? Two of the new judges sit on the expert team at the Batory Foundation, which Soros founded in 1988, and whose experts drafted the coalition's bills on the court. NED money also went to the Helsinki Foundation and to Watchdog Polska. When Trump cut off the US aid, Watchdog Polska went straight to Tusk with its hand out. And here's the part that should make every American furious. Trump tried to turn off NED's money in 2025. And what happened? A federal judge said NO and ordered it restored. The President of the United States can't stop his own government funding this network. So I ask you: who's really running foreign policy? Now, I'll be straight with you, because that's what we do here. Nobody has found a dollar going directly to Tusk or to any of those judges. Nobody has published proof that Washington Deep State Communists or Soros planned Friday night. That's exactly why it has to be investigated.
