My two cents on the Scott Lang calling Steve Cap in the new trailer. He's not trying to be racist or rude to Sam, Steve was Cap. People will always call him Cap even if Steve doesn't want them to.
The gray workout shirt Steve wears on his run? He didn't pick it. It has a faint SHIELD logo on the arm, it was issued to him.
So in theory someone was like "Those tits need to be admired." And chose the tightest shirt for him.
