Dave Meltzer today (again)
Official statement to Fightful from WBD on Brody King:
"Warner Bros. Discovery did not have any involvement in Brody King’s upcoming AEW schedule. Any speculation to the contrary is categorically false. Brody is scheduled to appear during the next AEW event, which will air this Saturday on TNT and HBO Max"
Royce Keys is such a shit name man 😂😂🤦♂️
What was wrong with leaving him as Powerhouse Hobbs?
#RoyalRumble
When you insist on quoting Dave verbatim as he rambles on shaking his magic 8 ball, you end up with posts like this.
“He (Powerhouse Hobbs) got a great AEW offer to stay but I don’t know his WWE offer. The AEW offer was much higher than I would have expected.
It would have been a number that I believe would have been higher than anyone but Chris Jericho earned in AEW’s first year in 2019, which tells you how much having a promotional war has increased salaries.
It would be in line with what Bryan Danielson got to jump from WWE to AEW, maybe slightly less but in line. It would be more than guys the level Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were making four years ago (less than they are making now) and in the range of what a guy the level of Rollins were making around the same time and nearly triple of what many significantly high WWE stars were making in the first year or so of AEW after the first round of increases had taken place.”

Good lord
"Billy Gunn on his best day isn't half the wrestler Kyle Fletcher is today. Kyle Fletcher legitimately might be top 5-7 in the world? Think Billy Gunn was ever top 200?"

Has anyone reached out to Marty Scurll and Jimmy Havoc for comment?
Ousted Professional Wrestler David Starr is speaking up for Trey Miguel after rumors of a heated social media exchange between the two men from 2019 being one of the factors in Trey Miguel's AEW release
Starr says that Miguel was angry and younger back then. He said some things angry and younger people say. He believes Miguel has grown since then and deserves to have continued success in professional wrestling
Send the asteroid.
Spin up Skynet.
Collapse the AMOC.
Do anything.
The End……..
For over 25 years I’ve experienced some amazing moments attending wrestling shows.
But now……… it’s time to move on. I knew I was running out of time with this. Which is why I hit it hard this year. What an incredible year it was especially with John Cena’s retirement tour.
I need to focus on other things now which I will be sharing with you guys very soon but as far as attending wrestling shows………. It’s time for me to move on.
I will still be posting content…….. stay tuned.
The End or……..
To Be Continued?
Didn't think I'd be blubbering on the couch tonight, but here we are. An incredible video
Today marks five years since the world lost Jon Huber, Mr. Brodie Lee.
Please join us in celebrating Big Rig by sharing your favorite memories.

Depending on your thoughts on Virtual Pro Wrestling 2, there are 4-5 great to excellent wrestling games ever made.
All of them are on N64.
There hasn't been a wrestling game to even grace the "great" level in 20 odd years.
Wrestling games peaked at N64.
There's my hot take.
WWE really need to stop pushing average wrestlers with “catchy” entrances. Jey Uso and Joe Hendry are the drizzling shits.

From @TheAthleticFC: Noni Madueke is part of a sizeable group of Christian players at Arsenal. Some have become renowned for loudly and proudly speaking about their faith. The "Bible Brothers" are not hiding their belief and love of God. nyti.ms/4rGD4H8
ALT Noni Madueke in a red Arsenal uniform celebrates with both hands pointed upward and his face looking toward the sky. Quote attributed to Madueke reads: "We believe we have God fighting for us."
Trips just can’t be trusted anymore.
He’s cried wolf too many times.
Saw a quote earlier that he thinks #SurvivorSeries was the best PLE of the year. It was a resounding disappointment.
Who ever approved the finish of the men’s War Games should be shot!
Finally, they cop on. It took them getting rid of a Young Buck wife and some other lad who left last week to finally enact the "challenger brand" stuff and actually do a bit.
Maybe when Sting comes back it won't take them literally 5 years to have Sting masks for sale.
AEW placed a Dynamite billboard just outside of Petco Park in San Diego... which hosts Survivor Series tomorrow night. 🤌

I go back to my firmly held belief that no undercard match should be over 10 minutes.
If there's a Hardys era TLC match...fine... but maybe consider that being the main event.
If you can't get the people going in 10 minutes on the undercard, you've missed the point of wrestling
They'll need to add new stands to whatever giant stadium this show will be in. Fire code be dammed! The people need to see this historic event!
