Just made a 200 iq investment play outside of crypto By renting an old unfinished space to a business. They will build and invest into entire infrastructure and on top of that, they'll be paying a monthly rent in a yearly installment, upfront + utility bills monthly. Important to add to contracts: rental price change based on inflation ( for contracts on +10 years). When they leave, they will leave behind a fully finished and livable space that can be further rented for larger income.
