March 1971 USS Trepang Captured Triangle UAP Splashdown: • Origin of the Photos: The black-and-white photographs first surfaced publicly in the French magazine Top Secret in 2015 and later through researcher Alex Mistretta. • The Claim: Online sources and paranormal forums claim the pictures were captured in March 1971 through the periscope of the nuclear attack submarine USS Trepang (SSN-674) during a scientific and military expedition in the Arctic Ocean (between Iceland and Jan Mayen Island). The images supposedly show a triangular craft moving near the water before splashing down and out. #ufox #ufotwitter
