I struggled so much with inconsistency due to confidence issues back when I was competing. It lead to many self-destructive thoughts and back then as a young adult I had no tools to deal with these issues. I wish that I had someone to talk to back then about this that understood what I was going through. It would have helped me a ton. I know a lot of players especially in ERL’s struggle with confidence & self worth & I KNOW how much that can impact someones performance. Since we get judged on such a small % of our games played, it’s crucial to be able to overcome the battles you have within.
