Not every young person needs to skydive, but every young person deserves muddy boots, a racing heart, a bit of adrenaline, and the chance to discover what they're capable of.
So I did the sensible thing and jumped out of an aeroplane. Turns out plummeting towards the ground at 120mph focuses the mind wonderfully.
We spend too much time asking, "What could go wrong?" and not enough time asking, "What could this young person become?"
Challenge builds confidence. Adventure builds resilience. Responsibility builds character.
