Greenwich Crossing Welcomes... Kneads Bakery Café! Known for its in-house stone mill that grinds 100% organic whole grain flour daily, the new Kneads location will include two spaces: street-front retail along Railroad Avenue and an additional on the second floor inside the train station, offering Irving Farm coffee and grab-and-go items for commuters. We’re excited for Kneads to join us in further strengthening the connection between Railroad Avenue, the train station, Greenwich Avenue, and the surrounding community. Both locations are expected to open in late spring 2027. More details and press release at greenwichcrossing.com/

Some of our favorite projects are the ones when so many people in the community get to enjoy long after we've finished building them. The seabird exhibit at @MaritimeAqua is one of them, home to Connecticut's only puffin colony, and our fourth project completed with the Aquarium. @apconstco led the full design-build, from a 5,200-gallon saltwater habitat to custom rockwork and above- and below-waterline viewing. Stop by this summer and see it for yourself.

Greenwich Crossing construction work on the Steamboat Road staircase is completed. However, the staircase will remain closed until early August while Metro-North continues to perform emergency repairs to portions of Track 3-Grand Central Bound platform. This Metro-North platform work is unrelated to the Greenwich Crossing project.
Click to view the latest drone footage and progress photos and video as the project moves into its final stretch. Designed by @ericrains, landscaping across the site is taking shape, featuring native and ornamental plantings, a re-planted buffer along Arch Street, and new trees along Railroad Avenue.

Construction is underway on Benedict Court, a new 120-unit multifamily community in downtown Greenwich. A.P. Construction Company is serving as construction manager on this exciting project, designed by @BKSKarchitects. APC will build six floors above two levels of underground parking, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, resident lounges, a fitness center, a co-working library, a dining room, and a rooftop terrace. Developed through a collaborative planning process with the Town of Greenwich and the Greenwich Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Benedict Court will offer 40% of the 120 apartments at below-market rates to qualified moderate-income residents.
We're excited to help bring this vision to life alongside Nimbus Properties, Lonicera Partners, Benedict Capital Development Corp, Invesco Real Estate, Eric Rains Landscape Architects, and Redniss & Mead. Follow along as construction progresses.

@apconstco is proud to have partnered with @StamfordMuseum and @tskp_studio on the completion of the new Planetarium & Astronomy Center – a three-story, 11,000-square-foot facility anchoring the 118-acre campus as one of the Northeast’s most advanced centers. The project presented a rare technical challenge: constructing a 40-foot dome planetarium and a third-floor observatory with a motorized retractable roof — both requiring precision, advanced technical expertise, and seamless coordination. In collaboration with @tskp_studio, APC’s team was pivotal in delivering the complex structure. The center features new classrooms, a glass-framed lobby gallery, exposed-wood-beam ceilings, terraces, and amphitheater-style outdoor seating. We’re honored to help create a world-class center serving children, families, and the community for years to come. Watch the walkthrough video. #APCbuilds #Stamford #Planetarium #AstronomyCenter
