Why do some people view government as separate from the people it represents? Without Kenyans, there is no government. It solely exists to represent our wishes. When it fails to provide answers to our questions (foolish or otherwise), it ceases to have any relevance to us.

The fact that you find no issue shaking the hand of someone responsible for the murders and disappearences of your fellow citizens does not mean that others who do are idealistic about politics or how life revolves. Everyone draws their own boundaries. Respect that.
