This X-Men ‘97 reboot show is wild. They really took it to heart that their target audience isn’t kids today, but 30/40-something-yr-olds who used to watch the original show. Episode 5 writers were like, “Oh, y’all are grown now? Then we’re about to really to fuck you up.”

I look forward to hearing the same folks who have been insisting that teachers just can’t be trusted to decide how/what to teach their students now argue that the solution to school shootings is for those same teachers to be armed.
Had a hard afternoon with my kids, and I decided to go to a movie after they went to bed. I am the only person in the theater and this is self care at its finest.
