NTE support called Rabi, an NPC from their own game, “a bunny character unrelated to NTE.” Full timeline + evidence: reddit.com/r/NevernessToEver… #nte

I’m not demanding a prize. I’m not asking anyone to harass the team. I only want basic transparency from NTE’s event/community team. Was my Creation Event entry received, correctly categorized, and judged — or did it disappear because of a factual support/event review mistake?

Either my entry was excluded because someone failed to recognize Rabi, or it was judged and scored. I have repeatedly asked for one basic confirmation: Was my entry actually included in judging or not? After almost three weeks of support messages, I still don’t have an answer

5/7 After I pointed this out, support replied by thanking me for my “feedback regarding the NPC” and encouraged me to join other events. Later, another reply implied my entry had gone through “comprehensive evaluation across multiple dimensions.” Both cannot be true.

4/7 Support later said my entry contained “a bunny character unrelated to NTE.” That “bunny character” was Rabi. Rabi is an NPC from Neverness to Everness. I even sent them an in-game screenshot showing the character.

3/7 Their first explanation: they couldn’t open my link due to “security protocols.” This was the same link I submitted through their own official event form. Then the explanation changed.

I submitted the figurine through the official form. When results were published, my entry was not among the winners, which is fine. But it also wasn’t in the full participants list at all. I contacted support to ask one simple thing: was my entry actually received and judged?

@NTE_GL Is work like this is not really worthy of any place in the competition?
