Sports card collecting isn't just about buying great players. It's about buying the right cards at the right time. Here's the five-step process I use before spending thousands on Michael Jordan, Tom Brady, Ken Griffey Jr., and more.

If anyone thinks the demand for card grading is slowing down…
Take a look at this.
This is the room where Beckett is accepting grading submissions at the Dallas Card Show.
The room is packed.
And this doesn’t even include the long line outside waiting just to get in and submit cards.
No matter which grading company collectors choose, one thing is clear:
The demand to grade cards remains incredibly strong.
Watching this over the past few days has been fascinating.
With PSA absent from the show, collectors didn’t stop grading.
They simply found another place to submit their cards.
That’s an important reminder for everyone in the hobby.
The desire to grade cards hasn’t changed.
Collectors still see value in authentication, grading, and protecting their collections.
They’ve simply been willing to explore other options.
The Dallas Card Show has become one of the best places to observe shifts in the hobby.
Sometimes the biggest stories aren’t the cards that sell.
They’re the lines people are willing to stand in.
Cards, customs and community all came together at the Keen Kards Trading Card Show.
From rare modern cards and the five-figure Johnny Moore 1986 Fleer story to handmade Pokémon creations, this show had a personality all its own.

New spam DM to look out for people. Dude had almost 5K followers, myself included. Said I had won a free pair of Jordan’s. Asked for size, style, mailing address. One question at a time. Then asked for telephone number and email address. When i questioned that, the kicker came. Asked for PayPal address. Block and delete. Be vigilant.

There are a lot of lanes on The Hobby highway.
You dont have to travel on them all but I would recommend the roads you choose to travel on,
you travel them well and stick with it.
The Hobby for me is more fun than its ever been!
