You can’t belittle or mock someone who has made peace with their past. I’m not there anymore. Holding someone to a standard or a version of themselves that no longer exists only reflects that you are still stuck. Not them.

When people owe you an apology? They’ll go silent and act like you’re the problem. Like you changed. Like you are the problem for not tolerating disrespect. When in reality, they know what they did that upset you. They just lack the accountability & maturity to admit to it.
