Fight CRC is now an official Patient and Caregiver Connection (PCC) partner with the @FDA's Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH).
CDRH regulates the medical devices used to screen for, diagnose, and treat colorectal cancer. As a PCC partner, Fight CRC gathers feedback from the colorectal cancer community on specific issues CDRH is weighing and brings it directly to the staff making those decisions — giving regulators broad, timely access to what this disease and these devices actually mean for patients and caregivers.
It's another seat at the table for the #ColorectalCancer community, and we intend to use it.

We found almost all male‼️ & 8/10 female‼️ early-onset colorectal cancer survivors reported sexual dysfunction, while only half‼️ reported sexual health discussion w/their provider. Interventions are urgently needed to improve health outcomes @TheColonClub

✳️Just learned that some insurance companies can opt out standard of care costs if a patient is enrolled in a clinical trial ‼️
✳️This is quite unethical and can’t believe even this is even legal in the US ❗️
