KYB Verified vs. Not Verified Businesses KYB Verified Businesses: These businesses have completed the Know Your Business (KYB) verification process on dMaps by Delta Kim. Verification helps establish their business identity and adds an extra layer of trust. Not Verified Businesses: These businesses have not completed KYB verification on dMaps. Always Do Your Own Research (DYOR) before making purchases or transactions with them. Important: KYB verification does not guarantee a business’s products, services, or transactions. Always exercise caution and make informed decisions.

Most projects hide this. We won’t. We are considering 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐭. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬: 𝟏. 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 Organic mining slowed. Almost every airdrop-style product hits this wall after the first wave. Paid growth across mixed regions is not a $500 experiment. It is 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲. 𝟐. 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 Covering canister costs is not enough. High-quality dApps need real incentives. That is why the 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐚 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 exists. 𝟑. 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐲 If Delta ever reaches exchange conditions, there must be a buffer. That is 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭. 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭: 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐃𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭. We were far along on a smaller one before. It did not complete when that window stalled. Delta is stronger now — more dApps, better UI, actual builder support. We will ask again. Nothing is approved until it is approved. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝: 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥. Only on terms that 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐰𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐨: Sell a dream in DMs. Post ROI graphics. Tell miners to “get in early on the raise.” 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐞𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐲. 𝐔𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐲. 𝐀𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬. What would you rather see from a project — 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲? #DeltaKim #ICP #DFINITY #Web3 @dominic_w @dfinity @ICPHUBS

𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐩: 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 → 𝐊𝐘𝐂 → 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 Read this as a sequence, not as three separate slogans. 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 Target: development from 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫, core work aimed around 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕. This is the no-code / visual trading-workflow layer. Users should be able to configure trades, escrow-like flows, timing and conditions without writing contract code. dApps can sit in front. The contract holds the logic and the funds until the rules complete. Why it comes first: Flea Market and later marketplaces need a trustworthy transaction engine, not just a pretty list of items. 𝐊𝐘𝐂 Not KYC Pre. Real identity verification before activation / release. This has to work across jurisdictions. It cannot ship half-tested. 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 The economic engine. Goods and services. Real activity. The valve for release. High-level window remains 𝐐𝟑 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 if development and testing hold. That is a 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭, not a guaranteed date. We will not post a fake countdown. If a piece slips, we will say so. If a piece is only a proposal, we will label it that way. #KYC #Roadmap #DeltaKim #DTC

As revealed in our announcement last month, we're commencing the Delta Developer Grant Program, effective today (22nd Oct., 2026). During the first phase, we'll gather innovative ideas from the technically-skilled community members who'd like to develop on dApp Square. After receiving submissions, we'll shortlist 10-15 ideas with great potential to harness utility for Delta coins. Thereafter, the members whose ideas get shortlisted will be invited to the official Delta dApp developer group on Telegram to discuss strategies towards execution of those ideas. Depending on their preference, they could either develop the program from scratch, or leverage Delta's very own codeless-app builder Ren AI. The team with best execution behind their pitched ideas will receive rewards in fiat and DTCT. The sole objective behind this program is to deploy programs that solve real-world problems and at the same, translate to value for Delta coins as well as the ecosystem. The rough timeline is as follows: => 22nd October, 2026 - 6th November, 2026: Idea submissions; => 14th November, 2026 - Shortlisting of ideas; => 18st November, 2026 - 7th January - Execution Phase => 8th January: Distribution of rewards Compensation and Rewards: 1) Any community member who submits an idea that is genuinely innovative, but doesn't make it to the shortlist will receive 200 DTCT; 2) All the community members whose ideas get shortlisted will receive 800 DTCT. 3) Rewards (fiat and DTCT) corresponding to the best execution by a team in fiat and DTCT will be disclosed later. forms.gle/WEEPQGHjyM2uBaMP9

𝐝𝐌𝐚𝐩𝐬: 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 A currency needs places that accept it. 𝐝𝐌𝐚𝐩𝐬 is being built for that. Huda is the builder. It is under active development, not a finished public product. What it is trying to become: a map where a business or entity willing to exchange goods/services for Delta Coin can pin itself, submit details, and later attach basic documents such as incorporation or tax certificates. Current test behaviour: press a map point long enough, fill the form, submit. What comes next in the product plan: an app update that can request 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 specifically for dMaps, so a listing matches a real place instead of a random pin. Why this matters later: 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 and other marketplace dApps should not force every seller to recreate the same business profile. They should be able to pull verified-enough location and business data from dMaps. Until it is public and stable, call it what it is: being built, being tested, important if local utility is going to be real. #DeltaKim #DTC #dMaps

Not 500 dApps. 𝟏𝟎–𝟏𝟓 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧. The goal isn’t 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐞. It’s apps people choose to 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧, 𝐮𝐬𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐨. A developer grant only makes sense if it helps create that outcome: • 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐨 • 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐃𝐓𝐂 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 • 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 beyond the first screenshot 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬: • Informal USDT support from core-team funds after useful work was demonstrated • Canister cost support for ICP backends 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐭: • A public application form • An official grant amount list • A guaranteed payout schedule • Permission to announce “I got a Delta grant” The September announcement set the 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. The formal program is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐞𝐭. When the rules are ready, they’ll be published here. Until then, the invitation is simple: 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐬𝐞. Support conversations are easier when there’s something real to evaluate. What kind of dApp would you open more than once? #DeltaKim #web3

𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡, 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 Growth slowed. Miner numbers are not running up the way they did in the first wave. That is saturation plus airdrop fatigue across the whole niche, not a secret death signal. Paid growth is a budget problem. Rough cost picture we work with: • ~100,000 users in cheaper regions can already sit near $𝟏𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎–$𝟏𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 • tier-1 acquisition is several times more expensive • a mixed push that does not leave the network looking one-sided can land around $𝟕𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎–$𝟏𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 Delta’s own operating picture, as we have stated it: • about $𝟔𝟏,𝟎𝟎𝟎 total in • about $𝟑𝟗,𝟎𝟎𝟎 already distributed to community, incentives, builders • about $𝟐𝟐,𝟎𝟎𝟎 with the core team, part of which goes to UK compliance That is why “just run ads” is not a serious comment. We also care about 𝐦𝐢𝐱, not only headcount. A small high-participation region can matter more than a huge inactive one. South Korea, for example, is a relatively small user set that contributed a very large share of ICP crowdfunding. That is the kind of imbalance you cannot ignore if you want the network to fund itself. 𝟔𝟎𝐤+ daily active users is a base. It is enough to start marketplace learning. It is not a finished adoption story.

𝐃𝐒𝐌𝐒 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞 Delta’s login model depends on people, not seed phrases. 𝐃𝐒𝐌𝐒 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 are part of that: dedicated Android device, dedicated SIM, uptime, real SMS verification. If terminals die, onboarding gets worse. So high-uptime verifiers are worth paying. What is already announced: average monthly activity 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝟗𝟓% → 600 𝐃𝐓𝐂 What has been proposed, and is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 policy yet: • 𝟖𝟓–𝟗𝟒% → 𝟑𝟎𝟎 𝐃𝐓𝐂 • 𝟕𝟓–𝟖𝟒% → 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐃𝐓𝐂 The lower tiers are an attempt to keep more terminals alive even if 95% is hard. They need a core-team decision before anyone should quote them as live rewards. If you run a terminal: treat it like infrastructure. Do not install chat apps that eat SMS. Do not share the SIM with your mining number. Do not expect rewards for a phone that sleeps all day. #DeltaKim #DTC #DSMS

𝐝𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲: 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐬, 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐩 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐝𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬 is supposed to be the ecosystem’s information layer. It fails if the feed is 40 AI summaries of the same paragraph. Current position: • original creators come first • face and voice matter more than a wall of generated text • heavily AI-generated filler should not sit in monthly reward eligibility • preferred / featured marking is done by people, not by volume AI as an editing assistant is not the enemy. AI as the entire author, posted only to farm DTC/USDT, is the enemy. If the feed stays dirty, the next step is simple: stricter filters, more moderators, fewer rewards for noise. dNews rewards exist to grow signal. They will not be used to subsidize spam.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭. 🌍🟠 The official @TheDeltaKim account shows 𝐄𝐔 now. Before that, it showed Africa. Neither is an origin story. Here is what actually happened: The official handle was created by converting JustCoode’s existing account when he was the Core Team member available to publish. He is based in Nigeria. X kept that marker. The account is now run by a core-team member in the Netherlands. That is why the pin says EU. Other core members can publish through the same app, so an urgent update does not wait on one timezone or one person being awake. The team is distributed. Norway, Bulgaria, India, the Netherlands, Nigeria and more. Founder context already stated: Hong Kong. Parent company already stated: Bristol, UK. Haida is not active on social media. A map pin is metadata. The product is the evidence. Open the dApp Square. Check the canisters. Read the public documents. The pin can change. The work does not. Reply with the one thing you still want on the record. 👇 #DeltaKim

Join the builder group through mods, not through strangers. 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 Make original Delta explanations. Stop feeding dNews with generated sludge. 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐬 Keep DSMS terminals alive. That is part of the login system. 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 Open the dApps. Break them. Report bugs with DID + screenshot. Learn DTCT vs DTC vs Tcoins. Stop treating every proposal as a launched feature. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Official X will be more consistent from here: clearer updates, fewer long silences, no fake dates. Next live community session is expected later in the year, around year-end, earlier if there is something that actually needs a call. Delta only becomes a currency if people use it for something. Everything else is commentary.

𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐀𝐈, 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐀𝐈 is JustCoode’s builder tool. The point is simple: a person with an idea should be able to describe the app, iterate with an agent, and get something that can move toward 𝐝𝐀𝐩𝐩 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐞. What it is: an AI coding / dApp-building environment for Delta. Still under development. Already usable for testing. Bug reports help. What it is trying to compete with, in function not in slogans: tools like Lovable, Bolt, Caffeine-style builders. Prompt in, working surface out. What it uses now: capable models such as 𝐆𝐋𝐌 𝟓.𝟐. Stronger model options can be explored later. That is not a promise of “GPT tomorrow.” Early usage, as shared internally: around 𝟓𝟎𝟎 registered users, a much smaller daily active set, and a handful of dApps being built in the background. That is an early tool, not a finished factory. Pricing direction: pay-per-compute in 𝐈𝐂𝐏 now. Possible trial credits later. Possible move to 𝐃𝐓𝐂 when that is actually available for this use. Do not post “RenAI will build any app perfectly.” Do post: it lowers the first wall between idea and prototype.
