Todd's tips for Gawler (9 units) Race 5 No 3 Shrewed (1/2U at $2.5/$1.55) Form looks patchy but look at what it's been running against and while this is an good race the change of venue and inside draw is a plus, the #2 should cart it into the track perfectly. Race 6 No 7 Statue Of Time (0.5/1.5U at $26/$7) The wide draw is a plus and this dog likes a target out front and will have some good ones here, just over the odds for me. Race 9 No 1 Jazzy Hope (0.5/1.5U at $13/$4) A box #1 bandit with a wide runner in # for cover I really wish we had 3 divs here, again over the odds for mine if this fav isn't at 100%. Race 11 No 4 Zinfandel Noah (0.25/1.75U at $6.5/$2.4) A dog with more talent than we've seen but he has some vices and isn't 100% genuine. If he wants this race he can have it and at these odds i'll roll the dice.

ZINFANDEL STAR for Cherylee Barber She's starting to come into her own and putting some good times out there and showing solid consistency. Found a little bit with her first split at Angle Park in her latest outings and still has plenty of grades to pick up along the way.

CARRY ON MACI for Jason Dolan You come to SA and equal the 342m track record on your first start you somewhat get noticed. Already owns a couple of track records in Victoria and as long as she stays sound she will rack up many a victories and be one of our top FFA dogs in 2027.

Sunday night’s Murray Bridge meeting was cut short after all races scheduled on the circle track were abandoned due to unsatisfactory track conditions. Four straight-track events were completed before the program was called off, with Binnaway Pearl producing the quickest 300m performance of the meeting in 16.85, while Yarramundi Cammo claimed the Grade 6 Series Final. With Todd away tonight, @SkyRacingAU's Lachlan Stace has shared his thoughts on the action at Angle Park. Best Bet #1 Race 10 Number 6 Victa Graham - Currently $3.50W/$1.75P Won his last two starts. One of those being the Piping Shrike two weeks back on Adelaide cup tonight. He races well at this venue and finds a very winnable race tonight. He is currently great value. Best Bet #2 Race 12 Number 8 Grand Chief - Currently $6.50W/$2.40P Record at Angle Park speaks for itself. His box eight record is terrific as well winning five from twelve starts. I'm struggling to work out why he is this price considering he has beaten similar fields. Value Bet #1 Race 1 Number 7 Time To Fire - Currently $6.50W/$1.80P The last time he won over the 530 here at Angle Park was three weeks ago when he took out a heat of the Adelaide cup. His most recent run was over the 730 here where he struggled and his start before that was a very respectable run in the Adelaide cup. He is definitely worth strong each way consideration tonight. Gamble Responsibly.

Zinfandel Star produced one of the feature performances at Angle Park on last Thursday night, taking out the 2026 Classic Prelude (2) Final in 30.55 for trainer Cherylee Barber. Full recap here: bit.ly/RaceRecap15Oct Trainer Lauren Harris's two Queens Grade 5 Series heats went the way of her, with Lamia Nonna Mim and Sorella giving the kennel a double, while Neil Rawlings also enjoyed a two-win night through Ritza Tears and Trio Of Clowns. On the staying front, Lil Rex was outstanding in the 730-metre Free For All, dominating by 15 lengths in a slick 42.58.

Todd's tips for Angle Park (4 units) Race 8 No 4 Just A Babe (1/2U at $5.5/$1.55) Fav here is best dog but known more for its distance form than sprinting. So we should be able to eaves a passage early on to be off pace early and a threat down the back straight an home turn. Race 10 No 2 Victory Club (0.25/0.75U at $8/$3) First up for a while which is a pus as being fresh we could lob right in this favs lap in #1 and pinch a break, then it just depends on race fitness. A night full of short priced favs tonight, not my fav kinda program on paper. Good luck legends!
