I am extremely blessed to announce that I will be continuing my athletic and academic career at Mid Michigan College!! Thank you @coachtan2323, Coach Austin, Coach Todd, and Coach Jewel for trusting and believing in me!
First and foremost I want to thank my Lord and savior Jesus Christ for this opportunity to continue playing the game I love. All glory goes to God as he has made all of this possible.
I also want to give a special thanks to my parents for always supporting me no matter what I chose to do, and through every up and down that this journey has brought. Along with that I want to thank my family for always cheering me on; special shout out to Papa for being one of my biggest fans.
To all of my Coaches that have helped me get to where I am today, I thank you immensely. Coach Neal, thank you for being one of the first to believe in me and push me to be better than I ever thought I could be. Coach Maya and Coach Trent I thank you for helping me have confidence in myself and for always believing in me throughout everything. And thank you Coach Niemi and Coach Ray for pushing me during school season to be my best.
Finally, to all of my teammates over the years, thank you for putting your trust in me and for pushing me in practice, games, and training. And Paisley, thank you for showing me what it looks like to be a good leader on and off the court and giving me someone to aspire to be like everyday; I am so grateful for your friendship and in awe of your heart for the Lord!

The single most important class for EVERYONE is The Mental Game, followed by Setting & Achieving Goals.
The Recruiting Process is for anyone trying to play in college.
All of our classes are for Athletes AND Parents.
Terminology, Rules and Misconceptions is great for younger players and ALL parents.
Offenses, Defenses & Strategies is for all athletes and parents to raise their understanding of the game.

The Mental Game class tonight was amazing. We’ll be dropping a few clips in the next couple weeks. We had 9 in attendance tonight. All benefitted and were glad they attended.

Work is linear. Growth is not.
As work approaches infinity, improvement approaches zero. The better you get at anything, the more work that is required in order to incrementally improve. And as you get better, each unit of work produces a smaller unit of improvement.
