As a society, it is important to understand that there is an increasing drive for women in being effective in the workplace & owning businesses. Women are rising above the stereotypes of only being useful in the home as caregivers and are now able to balance both career & family.
Women are able to combine both career and family. Equal opportunities should be given to both genders in respect to careers. Gender bias when hiring a woman either for her unmarried status or being pregnant should be discouraged.

This is not the time to sit idly and accept things the way they are. The change we seek is not going to be achieved this way.

A real woman is not determined by her body size or shape. We are all built differently and are all beautifully unique.
And while we're on the topic, let's stop normalizing jokes about people's bodies. It doesn't matter if you're that person's closest friend or relative. That doesn't give you the right to be insensitive about people's bodies.
