Yeah this but bigger overarching issue is that Jay isn’t super active so the youth being connected not gonna be as likely
Rob | My Fault!@uglynewyorkOct 24
If i was a kid and grew up RIGHT when Hov turned into diversifying your bonds/check yah credit, buying expensive art, and NFL Jay Z. I’d think he stinks too.

Cordae is someone who raps well but doesn’t move me cause of just a lack or charisma or distinction

Pusha T picks Clipse's 'Let God Sort Em Out' over 'Hell Hath No Fury' 👀 "I'm gonna go with 'Let God Sort Em Out' because it's a tutorial on the maturation of a rap group and how a group is supposed to mature..." (via Vogue)

People can only talk about sales and viewership cause people don’t know how to subjectively talk about anything with using hyperbole

To have longevity in hiphop at some point you gon have to embrace a different younger generation than yours
166
Ehhh I will see Ye has done a much better job with actually bridging the gap between generations

jaÿ-z has no tiktok sounds, no recognizable swag, and two albums with r kelly. it’s no surprise the youth don’t rate him he’s basically unlarpable. i haven’t seen him on pinterest one time

Kendrick Lamar’s ‘good kid, m.A.A.d city’ dropped 14 years ago today 💿 "It's really just like a self-portrait. I feel like I needed to make this album to move on with my life. I had them old negative vibes and demons haunting me, and it's that real." — Kendrick Lamar on GKMC Favorite tracks on the album?

That 2015 year really what people think 2016 was but anyway that year was so stacked i feel like people call DSP a classic just off of association Detroit is the most classic tier thing he’s done anyway to me
