Men, if you are ever faced with a choice to make between marrying a 24 year old woman and a 30 year old woman, go for the 24 year old one.
Let me explain…

One of the dumbest things that a woman can do is withhold intimacy from his husband.
Because if you are not giving him sex, there’s only but so long he will hold out. Even a good man, there’s only but so long he will hold out.
And I’m not talking about if you’re holding out because you just had a baby, or you’re holding out because you just had a surgery, or you’re sick. If you are a healthy person and you are holding out on your husband, you are essentially handing him the keys to somebody else’s door.
Don’t do it.
Maybe you’re frustrated, whatever, but this cannot be the way that you try to teach your husband what works and what doesn’t. That is not the consequence versus reward that you want to invite into your life.
You are the only woman that he’s supposed to get sex from, and you know that men are super sexually driven, and then you take away the sexual aspect of your relationship.
You’ve literally handed him the keys to someone else’s door, you told them go do it. I wouldn’t advise that. I don’t think that’s very wise.
If you're trying to lose belly fat, stop wasting money on products that promise to target your stomach.
Your body doesn't choose where to lose fat because you took a fat burner or performed 200 crunches.
Ab exercises strengthen your abdominal muscles, but reducing overall body fat is what makes them more visible. That requires a sustainable calorie deficit, resistance training and patience.
You don't need a secret. You need a plan you can follow long enough to see results.
One thing I would change about how beginners train is the obsession with lifting heavy as quickly as possible.
There is nothing impressive about adding weight to the bar if your range of motion gets shorter with every increase.
Learn to control the movement first. Build strength through a consistent range of motion, then increase the load when you can handle it.
The goal is not to move the heaviest weight by any means necessary. The goal is to make the exercise productive.
A lot of men want to build muscle, but they eat like they're trying to maintain their current weight.
They train hard, spend an hour lifting, then go home and eat whatever is available.
If you're struggling to gain size, look at your food intake before changing your entire workout routine. Track your weight, eat enough protein, and increase your calories if your weight isn't moving.
You cannot consistently build a bigger body without giving it the resources to grow.

My wife cheated on me, and lately, I feel like I’m slowly learning to accept what happened.
We still live together, and most days, things are okay between us. Sometimes, I even forget about what she did, and I start thinking that maybe I’m finally getting over it.
But whenever we have an argument, especially when her cheating comes up, everything comes back.
I start thinking about her and the other man. I imagine what they did together, where they went, what they talked about, and how she acted when she was with him.
My body gets really hot, and I feel angry all over again. I can’t explain it properly. I just know that I suddenly feel terrible, even if I was completely fine a few minutes earlier.
Then, when we’re okay again, those thoughts slowly go away, and everything goes back to normal. But after a few weeks, I find myself feeling furious all over again.
I don’t understand what’s happening to me. I thought I was already accepting what happened, so why do I keep reacting like this?
Sometimes, I feel like I’m going crazy.
Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do about it?

In marriage, submission is for both husband and wife.
The word submission makes modern women angry, and it makes insecure men arrogant. Both are wrong. Submission is not slavery. It is a strategy for war.
A kingdom cannot have two kings passing different orders at the same time, but it also cannot survive if the king does not lay down his life for his subjects. So in marriage, the wife must submit to her husband, and the husband must submit to his family. This is the golden rule. True submission is mutual.
A wife submits to her husband’s leadership because she trusts his vision, while the husband submits his ego, his selfish desires, and his freedom to the protection and care of his family. If a man cannot submit his late nights out with the boys to the peace of his wife, he has no right to ask her for anything. So stop fighting for control. Submit to the vision of a lasting family together.
Its that simple.

A marriage doesn’t always fall apart because someone cheated.
Sometimes, one person gets tired of asking for attention, affection and basic consideration.
Here are 7 signs your spouse is becoming emotionally exhausted…..
Your gym progress becomes much easier to understand when you stop judging yourself against other people.
Compare today's numbers to your own numbers from six months ago.
If your squat is stronger, your pull-ups are better, your waist is smaller and your muscles have grown…
You're winning.
The guy beside you is irrelevant.
I know you've heard that cardio kills gains. It doesn't.
A couple of easy sessions a week will help you recover between lifts and keep your heart healthy.
Just don't do so much that you can't eat or recover.

Women,
No matter how angry you are with your husband, do not turn your children against their father.
You may create a wound you cannot easily repair.
Your husband may have hurt you, he may have dissapointed you, but your children are not weapons for fighting an adult battle.
SO don't use them to settle scores.

After sex,
Don't ask stupid questions like
"How was it?"
"Did you enjoy it?"
Don't say effeminate things like
"I love you"
"You are sweet"
Just go drink a glass of cold water, take a cold bath,
Stop behaving like a virgin boy who has never had s3x.

Men need to understand this:
An erection isn't an on/off switch.
-Stress can affect it.
-Alcohol can affect it.
-Fatigue can affect it.
-Anxiety can affect it.
-Medications can affect it.
-So can health conditions.
One bad night doesn't automatically mean something is wrong with you, it might just be that any of the above happened.
So relax and monitor the situation.

Husband, before you blame your wife for the kind of marriage you have, ask yourself one question. What am I contributing to this marriage?
Before you complain about her attitude, look at your own behavior. Before you demand change from her, ask what needs to change in you.
So husband, ask yourself honestly: am I creating the marriage I am complaining about? Am I giving my wife what I expect from her? That question may change your marriage.
Do not spend all your time asking, what is wrong with my wife? Sometimes ask, what can I do better? Because sometimes, the change you are asking for must first begin with you.
The gym doesn't build your physique by itself.
-Training gives your body the stimulus.
-Protein gives it the building blocks.
-Calories provide energy.
-Sleep and recovery allow adaptation.
That's why someone can train hard for years and still make disappointing progress.
The workout is only one part of the equation.

How to lose a good woman in 2026:
-Be available for her everytime
- Buy her flowers and giftd oftenly
- Show that you really like her
- Tolerate disrespect
- Get attached to her
- Make her feel special
She will be gone ina month.
Thats how modern women are, the punish good men.
Creatine won't fix your training.
Protein powder won't fix your diet.
Pre-workout won't fix your sleep.
Supplements support good habits.
They don't replace them.
