How are we feeling about John Spytek? Year 2 as Raiders GM, and they’re sitting at 4-4 through 8 games. How much of that success is Klint Kubiak and his staff? Because Spytek has had TWO drafts to build this roster, and the early returns are looking like GM malpractice. 🥴
