Make an Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader show that follows Vader in his first year, hunting down Jedi for the Emperor. Have flashbacks to his life as Anakin. Have him reminisce about Padmรฉ. Flash back to scenes that reinforce his hatred for Obi-Wan, Mace Windu, and the Jedi Order.
Basically, make it the Vader horror project that fans have been begging for. But across the 8-10 episodes, have 3-5 of them flashback to basically be live-action Clone Wars episodes. Each flashback to the Clone Wars should be triggered by what is presently happening to Vader. Each flashback should teach Vader a lesson that either helps him defeat a Jedi or that reinforces his feelings and develops his hatred and pushes him further into the dark side.
In the finale, have it culminate with Mace Windu being secretly alive after losing his arm in ROTS. Vader and Mace showdown; Vader kills him. Completes his descent into the dark side.
