No surprise. Trump just endorsed Netanyahu. Together, they want never-ending war in the Middle East. More death. More destruction. More genocide. On November 3, we must end Republican control of Congress. We must stop all military aid to Israel.

Gas is $5/gallon. Rather than stop this immoral war in Iran which is causing it, Donald wants us to…start supporting Russia? Tariffs on Canada but money for Russia. Jeez. @MikeRogersForMI, do you support Russia, too?

Like those who opposed JFK in 1960 because he was Catholic… Like those who opposed Obama in 2008 because he was Black… Republicans today are attacking Abdul El-Sayed because he is Muslim. Don’t let bigotry win. Fight back!
Sen. John Kennedy says that AIPAC is only spending on Mike Rogers behalf in Michigan because Abdul El-Sayed “sleeps in a Bin Laden jersey.” Abdul El-Sayed has never said anything in support of Osama Bin Laden. He’s just Muslim.

You know @MikeRogersForMI is in trouble when he begs @AIPAC to start spending against me. Why do they hate me? Because I want to keep your tax money here to spend on your kids rather than spend it to kill kids somewhere else.

He knows my name is Abdul. He says it everyday. But he’s not just attacking me. He’s attacking all of us. He thinks so low of us. He thinks he can use my name and my faith to distract us from the suffering his policies are inflicting on us at the pump, at the grocery store, and at the doctor’s office. He thinks we don’t know any better. It’s time for change.

Must have had one too many of those LaBatts, Mike. You cheerled this tariff war from the beginning and you’re flip-flopping now because your poll numbers are in free fall. Donald is the reason we’re in a trade war. And he’s the reason you’re running. Not a serious person.
Prices are too high and Canada is not our enemy. We need to end the tariff war — now. In the Senate, I’ll bring both parties together to lower costs and put Michigan families first.

My Statement on the Third Anniversary of October 7th Three years ago today, Hamas murdered some 1,200 people in Israel, the vast majority of them civilians, committed horrific atrocities, and dragged 251 hostages into captivity. The attack against Israelis on October 7th was a horrific act of terrorism. Hamas murdered Israelis in cold blood at a music festival and in their kibbutzim. The deliberate killing of innocent people is never resistance. It is a crime against humanity. It is a war crime. Like any country facing a terrorist attack, Israel had the right to defend itself and go after Hamas. Tragically, the Netanyahu government in Israel did not wage a war against Hamas alone. It waged a genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza. More than 74,000 Palestinians have been killed, most of them women, children and the elderly, and more than 175,000 have been wounded. Gaza's homes, hospitals, schools and water systems have been reduced to rubble. Instead of continuing to provide military aid to the extremist government of Israel, the United States should be doing everything possible to provide and support humanitarian aid to the desperate people in Gaza and bring peace and justice to the region. The way to honor every person lost over these three years is to end the bloodshed: No more American weapons for the extremist Israeli government, a real and enforced ceasefire, full access to humanitarian aid, reconstruction by and for Palestinians, and a genuine path to a Palestinian state alongside a secure Israel. On this solemn day, we must come together to demand a lasting peace.

Three years ago today, 1,100 people were killed and 251 were taken hostage. My heart is with those who lost loved ones and felt the pain of that day. What immediately followed was destruction on a scale this generation hasn’t seen in Israel's nearly 80 years of violent oppression of Palestinians — much of which was funded by American tax dollars. Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza has killed more than 74,000 Palestinians, including over 20,000 children. More than 175,000 Palestinians have been wounded. Thousands more are still missing under the rubble. Entire Palestinian family names have been wiped from the civil registry. The Israeli military has bombed hospitals, schools, mosques, churches, humanitarian aid distribution centers, and water systems. Nearly the entire population of Gaza has been driven from their homes and forced to live in tents that have also been bombed. Israel is subjecting Palestinian men, women, and children to systematic torture and collective starvation as a weapon of genocide. Israel has killed over 1,400 Palestinians since its so-called ceasefire. Our tax dollars are paying for these atrocities and unconditional support from both the Biden and Trump administrations have allowed them to continue. Here in Uptown and the Bronx, our neighbors voted to invest in a politics of life: one where their tax dollars are used to invest in our babies at home, not in dropping bombs on babies abroad. If we are to build a politics of human dignity that disrupts cycles of violence, we must reckon with the reality of our own failure to intervene in decades of dispossession, apartheid, and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians. Every human life is precious, and we must start acting like it. As a Member of Congress, I will do everything in my power to build a foreign policy rooted in the safety, equality, and freedom of all people, including ending U.S. taxpayer funding for Israel’s war crimes, fighting for a full arms embargo, and for the Palestinian right of return.

AIPAC plans to spend $233 million to defeat candidates who dare to speak out against Netanyahu's extremist government. They spent $33 million to defeat Abdul El-Sayed in the Michigan primary. They lost. They are going to keep losing. NO MORE U.S. MILITARY AID FOR ISRAEL.

I was asked if I believe Israel committed war crimes in Gaza. The answer is simple. Yes. Congressman Moulton was unable to say the same.

GAZA: THE SUFFERING CONTINUES Today in Gaza, most of the TV cameras are gone and media interest has declined. But, more than nine months after the announcement of a supposed “ceasefire”, the suffering of the Palestinian people continues. Today, 92% of housing units in Gaza are damaged or destroyed, 70% of the entire population lacks adequate housing and is forced to live in makeshift shelters, 86% of agricultural water wells have been damaged, the vast majority of households report significant challenges in accessing safe and clean sanitation facilities and 90% of all energy infrastructure has been destroyed. And what about the children? Today in Gaza, 91% of school-aged children do not have sustained access to in-person education, 93% of school buildings will require full reconstruction or major rehabilitation to be functional again and 70% of infants and young children under two years of age are experiencing moderate to severe food insecurity. All of this is taking place after the horrific destruction that Netanyahu’s extremist government brought to Gaza over the last three years: more than 73,000 Palestinians killed and 173,000 wounded — mostly women, children and the elderly. In addition, virtually the entire infrastructure of Gaza was destroyed. Israel now controls an estimated 70% of Gaza, well beyond what they agreed to, and has built dozens of military outposts inside Gaza since the “ceasefire” began. In the nine months since the “ceasefire” was announced, Israel has killed at least 1,150 Palestinians, including a family of six last week. Now, as if to remove any doubt about their intentions, senior leaders of the Netanyahu government are moving to make the occupation permanent. Recently, a number of government ministers led thousands of settlers to the Gaza border demanding new illegal Jewish settlements be built there. National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir stood up and said "Gaza is ours." The shameful fact is that the United States is complicit in everything that is happening in Gaza. We have funneled tens of billions of dollars in military aid to an Israeli government that has consistently violated international law and whose leader is a war criminal. The good news is that the American people are catching on. More and more Americans — Democrats, Republicans and independents — are demanding that we stop all military aid to Israel and use our considerable leverage to end the suffering of the Palestinian people. Enough is enough! Congress must listen to the American people. NO MORE U.S. MILITARY AID TO ISRAEL.

Proud of my colleagues who voted to stop funding Israel's genocide of the Palestinian people. When folks talk about this vote, remember it's been over 3 years of this violent ethnic cleansing campaign where over 73,000 Palestinians have been killed, millions made homeless, and thousands of amputee children. The genocide continues. Keep talking about Gaza. Never stop.
🚨House Democrats just voted 103-98, with 10 voting "present," to eliminate all aid to Israel. Proposing this a few years ago would practically have gotten you censured. Cutting off all aid to Israel is now the majority position inside the House Democratic caucus. Nearly every Republican voted with Israel, making the final vote 314 - 104 in favor of Israel (with 10 present).

Today over 100 Democrats voted for the Massie Amendment to zero aid to Israel. My brother @RepBowman & @CoriBush lost their seats for this stand 2 years ago. As a colleague told me, Black martyrdom is normalized in America. Today I want to recognize their courage.

A record number of Democrats voted to stop sending more aid to Israel. This didn't happen by accident. It happened because millions of people spoke out, organized, and refused to stay silent. Our movement is making a difference. Keep organizing. Keep building power.
